최근 Ubuntu 시스템(19.04)에 몇 가지 문제가 발생했습니다. 커널 5.0.0에서 그래픽 인터페이스를 처리하는 방식과 관련이 있다고 생각합니다.
내 컴퓨터는 Asus ZenBook 13(몇 달 전에 구입)이고 GPU가 통합되어 있습니다(Intel HD Graphics, "Whiskey Lake").
가장 큰 문제는 시스템을 제대로 시작하기 위해 20~30번을 (재)부팅해야 하는 경우가 많다는 것입니다. 대부분의 경우 GRUB 메뉴 이후 보라색 화면에서 멈추며 팬이 최대 속도로 작동합니다. 컴퓨터를 멈추는 유일한 방법은 전원 버튼을 누르는 것입니다. 완전 무작위인 것 같습니다. 그래픽 설정 문제가 의심됩니다.우분투가 제대로 부팅되면 문제없이 사용할 수 있어요— 모든 것이 잘 반응하는 것 같습니다.
Ubuntu를 완전히 다시 설치해 보았지만 문제가 지속되었습니다. 어떤 이유에서인지 상황은 더욱 악화되었습니다. 이제 Live USB 드라이브도 제대로 로드되지 않습니다(안전 그래픽 모드에서도 [Ubuntu 시도/Ubuntu 설치] 옵션을 선택한 후 검은색 화면이 나타납니다). xserver를 망쳤을 수도 있지만 깨끗하게 다시 설치하는 방법에 대해서는 전혀 모릅니다.
nomodesetGRUB 명령(...)에 삽입 및 기타 다양한 명령을 포함하여 다른 스레드에서 찾은 다양한 잠재적 솔루션을 시도했지만 acpi=off소용이 없었습니다. 때로는 nomodeset콘솔 모드에 액세스할 수 있도록 허용하지만 앞서 말했듯이 완전히 무작위인 것 같습니다.
dmesg -lerr많은 ACPI 오류를 반환합니다.
