오류를 제거하고 이 설정이 작동하도록 하려면 어떻게 해야 합니까?

AMD 버전에는 Thunderbolt가 없으므로 TB3 도킹에서는 작동하지 않습니다.

외부 모니터를 연결하기 위해 USB-C-HDMI 변환기 대신 HDMI 케이블을 사용하여 문제를 해결했습니다. 아마도 HDMI 분배기를 구입하고 두 외부 모니터가 모두 노트북의 HDMI 출력에서 작동하기를 바랍니다.

저는 Sabrent USB-C 듀얼 HDMI 어댑터와 함께 Plugable Thunderbolt 3/USB-C 도크를 사용하고 있습니다. 단일 모니터와 함께 키보드, 마우스 등이 도크에 연결되어 있습니다. 도크에서 Thunderbolt 대신 USB-C를 사용하면 2개의 1080p 모니터 또는 단일 4K 모니터를 푸시하고, TB3에서는 두 모니터를 모두 푸시합니다. 제가 해결할 수 없는 이상한 점은 키보드, 마우스 등을 사용해도 모니터가 깨어나지 않는다는 것입니다. USB-C 연결을 뽑았다가 다시 연결해야 합니다. 저는 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 마그네틱 USB-C 커넥터를 선택했습니다. USB-C Sabrent 동글은 절전 모드에서도 작동합니다. 두 모니터를 모두 연결했고 모니터가 이를 지원하기 때문에 AMD FreeSync(정확히는 확실하지 않음)가 내 화면에 표시되도록 할 수 있었습니다.
