저는 HP LaserJet Pro M148f-M149f를 가지고 있으며 18.04.5 LT에서 인쇄 및 스캔을 위해 HP 소프트웨어를 사용하고 있었습니다. 4월부터 모두 잘 작동했지만 이제 스캔 기능에 장치를 열 수 없다고 표시됩니다. 장치 관리자에서 계속 진행하면 "플러그인 설치에 실패했습니다. 플러그인 설치를 건너뛰도록 선택했거나 잘못된 비밀번호를 입력했습니다."라는 메시지가 나타납니다. 그리고 멈춘다. 인쇄 부분은 작동하지만 팩스 부분이 설치되지 않는다는 몇 가지 경고가 표시됩니다(팩스 부분을 사용하지 않을 것이므로 해당 부분이 없는 것이 좋습니다. 프린터 자체에 최근 소프트웨어 업데이트가 있어서 의심스럽습니다. 권장 사항이 있거나 거기에 있습니다. 플러그인을 제거하고 다시 시작하는 방법이 있나요? 플러그인이나 플러그인에 대한 액세스에 문제가 있는 것 같습니다.
