Estou tentando instalar adições de convidados do VirtualBox para Kali Linux no Oracle VBox 5 conforme especificado no Kali Linuxpágina.
Quando corro:
apt-get update
apt-get install -y virtualbox-guest-x11
virtualbox-guest-x11falta uma dependência xorg-video-abi-19que não consigo encontrar uma maneira de instalar.

Alternativamente, quando tento o procedimento descrito para distros mais antigas, instalo com sucesso:
apt-get update && apt-get install -y linux-headers-$(uname -r)
No entanto, depois de executar, ./VBoxLinuxAdditions.runrecebo o seguinte:
root@kali:~# ./VBoxLinuxAdditions.run

Se alguém pudesse fornecer uma solução para instalar adições de convidados do VB, seria ótimo.

Depois de executar o apt-getinstall build-essential dkms
O segundo erro muda para:
root@kali:~# ./VBoxLinuxAdditions.run

Funcionou depois que instalei a v5.1. do VBox e fiz uma nova instalação do Kali. Atualizar de 5.0 para 5.1 com Kali instalado bagunçou a VM por algum motivo.
