Meta:para fazer com que o TP-Link T4U v3 AC1300 funcione com o Kubuntu 19.10 (Kernel 5.3.0-23-genérico).

O driver oficial não foi compilado no Kubuntu 19.10 (Kernel 5.3.0-23-generic) nem esta versão (https://github.com/jeremyb31/rtl8822bu) que parece funcionar para algumas versões mais antigas do Ubuntu.
Então eu tenteihttps://github.com/cilynx/rtl88x2bu. Consegui encontrar redes, mas não consegui me conectar.
$ dkms status

TP-Link T4U funciona bem com driver deaqui.
Testado no Ubuntu 19.10 e 20.04.
