Instalação do Phalcon dá erro no Ubuntu

Estou tentando instalar o phalcon no meu Ubuntu 14.04 usando os comandos abaixo

clonehttps://github.com/phalcon/cphalcon.git

cd cphalcon/compilação

sudo ./install

e dá um erro como este

/usr/include/php5/ext/pcre/php_pcre.h:29:18: fatal error: pcre.h: No such file or directory
#include "pcre.h"
          ^
compilation terminated.

então pesquisei o erro no Google e encontrei a solução para instalar

sudo apt-get install libpcre3-dev

quando tento fazer isso dá um erro como esse

Não sei como consertar o erro. Mas você deve seguir o documento oficial:

    $ curl -s "https://packagecloud.io/install/repos..." | sudo bash

    $  sudo apt-get install php7.0-phalcon

Agora, em certas distros Linux (por exemplo, mint), você pode encontrar erros. Eu achei isto vídeopara remover esses erros. Você simplesmente altera a versão do Linux no arquivo: /etc/apt/sources.list.d/phalcon_stable.list Por exemplo, substitua "/mint/ tessa"por "/debian/ stretch". Veja ovídeose você ainda está confuso.
