Existem vários problemas em jogo:
1)

Para isso, veja por exemploErro GPG KEYEXPIRED ao atualizar repositórios
Se você não conseguir obter a chave pública atual deste repositório com apt-key, será necessário verificar onde sua configuração espera que a chave esteja. O uso apt-keyfoi descontinuado atualmente em favor do armazenamento de chaves individuais no sistema de arquivos.
Procure a debentrada que corresponde a este repositório em algum lugar do arquivo /etc/apt. Se esta debentrada contiver algo parecido [signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/<myrepository>-archive-keyring.gpg], você precisará atualizar o arquivo mencionado lá com a chave atual. Provavelmente há uma observação sobre como baixar a chave na descrição do repositório.

É update, não updata;) Além disso, não há nenhum pacote chamado update(ou updata), então você não pode instalá-lo. Isso é o que seu sistema informa em E: Unable to locate package updata. Você pode querer examinar a sistemática aptnovamente, para não voltar a fazer coisas basicamente sem sentido (sem ofensa) sudo apt-get install updata.

Você parece ter configurado alguns repositórios que oferecemalgunspacotes que você precisa, mas nãotodosdeles. Por exemplo, quando você tenta instalar cpp-6o , ele também precisa do gcc-6-base. Para a versão de cpp-6vocêfazertem disponível, você precisaria gcc-6-base 6.2.0-3ubuntu11~12.04, mas você só tem gcc-6-base 6.0.1-0ubuntu1.

Como guiverc já mencionou em seu comentário à sua pergunta, você parece usar pelo menosalgunssoftware bastante antigo. Como você pode ver, o gcc-6-basepacote que você gostaria de instalar (se o tivesse) é para Ubuntu 12.04, portanto de 2012.
No geral, você pode querer fazer uma limpeza completa de primavera em sua máquina. Talvez ajude pedir a alguém para dar uma olhada pessoalmente, talvez do seu grupo de usuários Linux local, se disponível. Em última análise, pode ser ainda mais fácil fazer backup de todos os dados que você deseja manter e fazer uma nova instalação. Mas isso não é fácil de decidir remotamente.
