O passo 1 é remover o repositório quebrado da sua lista de fontes. Não está disponível para 20.04 Focal.
Você pode fazer isso abrindo a ferramenta Software e Atualizações, clicando na guia Outro Software e desmarcando a caixa do repositório ou digitando sudo add-apt-repository -r ppa:nathan-renniewaldock/fluxem um terminal.
Se você fez o último procedimento, faça um arquivo sudo apt update.
OK, ainda há problemas depois disso.

Existe uma versão órfã do pacote 1.3.1-5ubuntu4.2instalada. Não veio dos repositórios normais. Parece que você adicionou um ppa, instalou o pacote dele e depois removeu o ppa. Ou instalei de alguma outra maneira não padrão.
Eu tentaria usar o Synaptic Package Manager para forçar a instalação 1.3.1-5ubuntu4.3. Se isso permitir que você entre em um sistema quebrado. Masexamine cuidadosamente as alterações sugeridas antes de aceitá-las
