O adaptador WiFi funciona no kernel 5.13.0.20-genérico, mas em 5.13.0-21 está inativo e permanece inativo após vários desligamentos/reinicializações. Verifiquei se está ativo na BIOS e existe mas não funciona

Não está presente no networkmanager ou ifconfig, o Bluetooth funciona através do qual acredito ser o mesmo dispositivo. Muito grato por qualquer ideia.

Isso funciona novamente com o kernel 5.13.0-22 agora lançado.
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
sudo reboot
