ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED continua aparecendo no Ubuntu 20.04

Eu tenho dual boot instalado na minha máquina. No Windows, a interface de rede funciona bem, no entanto, no Ubuntu, não consigo fazê-la funcionar. Para começar, a interface sem fio capturará apenas sinais muito fracos. A menos que meu computador esteja diretamente próximo à fonte, ele será inutilizável. Mesmo usando Ethernet, embora a conexão funcione, várias vezes a cada minuto recebo um erro ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED. Isso não se restringe apenas ao Chrome, mas também acontece quando estou baixando arquivos via ssh. Estou pensando que isso tem a ver com os drivers de rede, mas não sei nada sobre isso. Tente desativar/diminuir a economia de energia do Wi-Fi:

 sudo sed -i 's/wifi.powersave = 3/wifi.powersave = 2/' /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/default-wifi-powersave-on.conf

Se desativar a economia de energia não funcionou, tente:

sudo rm -rf /lib/firmware/ath10k && sudo apt install --reinstall linux-firmware
