Django mod_wsgi Erro Apache 403 Proibido no Ubuntu 22.04

Question

Django mod_wsgi no aplicativo Apache funciona bem no Ubuntu 20.04 e versões anteriores com a configuração mencionada abaixo, mas quando faço a mesma configuração no Ubuntu 22.04 ocorre o erro 403 Forbidden. e Permissão negada: mod_wsgi no log de erros.

Tentei alterar a permissão em todos os arquivos, mas não funcionou,
