Como instalar o programa gr-gsm?

Estou tentando instalar um programa chamado gr-gsmem meu sistema. Então, segui o guia oficial deaquimas quando digitei o comando cmake ..(seguindo o guia de instalação) ele retornou este erro.

Não sei o que está causando esse erro, então pesquisei no Google e encontrei um tópico no repositório git dos autores. Mas isso não está ajudando muito. Então, estou aqui buscando sua ajuda. Por favor, ajude-me de alguma forma a corrigir esse erro.

O repositório original em osmocom.org suporta apenas GNU Radio 3.9 e Ubuntu 22.04 vem com GNU Radio 3.10 se você instalar com apt install gnuradio.

Consegui construir gr-gsmno Ubuntu 22.04 usandoeste garfodebkerler. O processo é o mesmo do repositório original, mas eles adicionaram alguns patches ao código permitindo que ele seja construído no Ubuntu 22.04 com GNU Radio 3.10.

Eu usei o branch padrão maint-3.10_with_multiarfcn.
