Eu também tenho um projeto cmake/c++ que compilará perfeitamente com o gcc, mas quando eu o reconfiguro para usar o clang, recebo a seguinte saída do cmake.

Algo deve ter sido alterado na configuração do meu sistema, porque ambos funcionavam bem antes. Alguém sabe como consertar isso?

Tente removercpp-12empacotar ou instalarlibstdc++-12-dev.

Corrigi um problema muito semelhante ao instalar o libc++abi-dev:
sudo apt install libc++abi-dev
