Como fazer o módulo Wifi AX1675i funcionar no Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. (Acer predador PH315-55)

Ao instalar o Ubuntu 20.04 LTS com o modelo AX1675i que vem no laptop Acer Predator PH315-55, o adaptador wi-fi aparece ausente, embora esteja dentro do laptop e esteja funcionando bem no modo de inicialização do Windows.

Então a solução para esse problema foi que não há suporte Linux disponível oficialmente para o driver AX1675, mas como é equivalente aos drivers AX210 e eles têm suporte para Linux, instalá-los resolveu o problema.

1. Go to "https://www.intel.ca/content/www/ca/en/support/articles/000005511/wireless.html" 
2. Download the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX210 160MHz firmware.
3. After downloading the driver. Open your “Downloads” folder and extract the file in the same folder.
4. Once extracted, go into the directory where your extracted files are present and open the terminal from inside the folder.
5. From the terminal, install the wifi 6 ax210 driver via the following command 
(use the appropriate file name for the ucode file):
    
    $ sudo cp iwlwifi-cc-a0-46.ucode /lib/firmware
   
The command copies the “iwlwifi-ty-a0-gf-a0-59.uncode” file to  “/lib/firmware” 
which ultimately installs the intel wifi 6 ax210 driver on Linux. 

This should install the driver onto your system. 
Reboot your system, and it will start working!

FINALMENTE FAÇA FUNCIONAR!!!!

Acontece que a versão do kernel do meu Linux era 6.2 e não funcionava de jeito nenhum, mesmo depois de muitas tentativas. Então descobri que na versão 6.4 tinha um patch (6.4.7) para incluir essa versão do módulo wifi.

Eu usei oInstalador do kernel principal do Ubuntupara instalar a versão 6.4.10 do kernel (seguindoeste tutorial), reiniciei o laptop e funcionou perfeitamente!!

Se depois de reiniciar o sistema você receber o erro "assinatura de shim incorreta, você precisa carregar o kernel primeiro", basta desabilitar a inicialização segura e ele funcionará!!
