Estou compilando meus próprios kernels e encontrei um erro no kernel 6.3:

kbuild: use git-archive para criação de pacote fonte Commit 5c3d1d0 ("kbuild: adicione uma ferramenta para listar arquivos ignorados pelo git") adicionou uma nova ferramenta, scripts/list-gitignored. Minha intenção era criar pacotes fonte sem limpar a árvore fonte, sem depender do git.

Linus se opôs fortemente a isso e sugeriu usar 'git archive'. [1] [2] [3]

Este commit vai nessa direção - Remova scripts/list-gitignored.c e reescreva Makefiles e scripts para usar 'git archive' para construir pacotes fonte Debian e RPM. Também faz com que 'make perf-tar*-src-pkg' use 'git archive' novamente.

No futuro, a construção de pacotes fonte só será possível em uma árvore gerenciada pelo git. A construção de pacotes binários não requer git.

Então, de acordo com o commit acima, basta usar "make bindeb-pkg" ou se você quiser construir o src pkg usando "make deb-pkg" como antes (pré 6.3), então você tem que git pull a árvore de origem do kernel.

O mesmo para mim, por razões desconhecidas, o comando 'make deb-pkg' não funciona (funcionou durante anos sem problemas), o comando sugerido 'make bindeb-pkg' funcionou. Isso apenas para a versão 6.3 do kernel.
