Eu sou um novato no Ubuntu e sempre que tento baixar algo, há um monte de dependências de vinho não atendidas, eu executo sudo apt-get -f install e pego isso.

Comece removendo tudo relacionado ao WineHQ:
sudo apt-get purge wine*
Agora execute uma limpeza para se livrar de todas as coisas restantes (aliás. De onde vem todo o material do KDE?). Isso removerá qualquer programa que foi instalado como dependência, que não é mais necessário.
sudo apt-get autoremove
Agora execute sudo apt-get install -f
, caso ainda haja pacotes quebrados.
Instale o PlayOnLinux:
sudo apt-get install playonlinux
