Áudio quase silencioso em uma conta de usuário, mas OK em outra

Em algumas contas de usuário, o áudio está OK. Em outros, é silencioso ou quase inaudível se você colocar o ouvido no case do laptop.

Esta é a aparência do controle de volume nas contas OK.

Nas contas não OK.

em condição não OK

Diagnóstico:

  1. Ambas as condições OK e não OK ocorrem nas contas do Administrador. Além disso, a conta "convidado" possui áudio OK.
  2. Mexer nas configurações do PulseAudio ou AlsaMixer não resolve o problema.
  3. Saída lspci idêntica em ambos os casos. Anexo abaixo.

Usando o Xubuntu 14.04. Ocorre se eu escolher Xfce ou Xubuntu no login.

Possivelmente, você poderia simplesmente excluir os arquivos $HOME/.pulse/ foldere $HOME/.pulse-cookie.

Eu não testei isso, mas funcionou para mim: copie (com sudo) os arquivos $HOME/.pulse/ foldere de to , enviando-os para .$HOME/.pulse-cookie$USER_A$USER_Bchown$USER_B
