erro de atualização: nome de pacote ilegal `doc-base/noawait'

Não consigo baixar nada ou atualizar meu sistema. Eu recebi a seguinte mensagem de erro:

dpkg: file triggers record mentions illegal package name `doc-base/noawait' (for interest in file `/usr/share/doc-base'): character `/' not allowed (only letters, digits and characters `-+._')
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2)

Também não consigo usar o criador USB para fazer uma nova instalação, pois meu sistema não consegue carregar os bootloaders.

Salve-o como troubleshooter.sh.
Em seguida, use estes comandos:

chmod 700 troubleshooter.sh
