sem ser capaz de me lembrar de ter instalado algo novo, etc., meu sistema agora mostra a mensagem de modo gráfico baixo quando tento inicializar.
Curiosamente, quando escolho o modo de recuperação, seguido de retomar, consigo fazer login e o sistema parece funcionar bem, porém as telas externas não são reconhecidas, podendo haver outras limitações que não consigo identificar.
Tentei as seguintes sugestões de vários tópicos sobre esse problema e nenhuma delas funcionou:
- Eu reinstalei
ubuntu-desktop - Verifiquei se tenho espaço suficiente no diretório / (81% usado)
- Investiguei as configurações do
greeter, mas não tenho/etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf(poderia ser esse o problema?) - Tentei mudar para
gdm, mas o sistema desligou na reinicialização (desisti depois de 30 minutos) - Eu reinstalei
xserver-xorg - Eu instalei
fglrx, mas nem o modo normal nem o modo de recuperação inicializaram, mas rodaram no modo gráfico baixo.
Então estou ficando sem ideias. Estou executando o Ubuntu 14.04 em um laptop Dell e uso o driver de vídeo AMD/ATI "padrão" do servidor X.Org X. Correndo
