Instalando o Debian na máquina Kaby Lake: dificuldades com o X.org

Recentemente comprei um novo PC e não consigo instalar o sistema Debian corretamente. Agora irei fornecer de forma mais detalhada minha configuração e status:

PC:

  • CPU: i7 7700K (Kaby Lake com gráficos Intel HD 630)
  • MB: MSi Z270 SLI PLUS
  • RAM: Kingston HYPER 2x8 GB de RAM a 2.400 MHz (12CL)
  • SSD: Intel 600 256 GB

DISTRO:

Debian GNU/Linux 8.7 Jessie

Após a instalação do sistema, o SO iniciou corretamente porém o xserver rodou apenas em baixa resolução (1024x768).

Presumi que fosse um problema de driver, então instalei alguns drivers destesitesem sucesso, então tentei alguns novos kernels:

  • 3.16.43X
  • 3.18.20 X
  • 4.1.39 X
  • 4.4.59 X
  • 4.9.20M
  • 4.10.8M
  • 4.11-rc5M

Com o kernel com sinal X (veja acima) a situação era a mesma do kernel original 3.16.0-4, porém com aqueles com sinal M, era diferente: Parecia que começou com uma resolução adequada, porém o xserver travou /var/log/Xorg.0.loghavia uma mensagem:

Telas encontradas, mas nenhuma tem configuração utilizável

e então

Erro fatal do servidor: nenhuma tela encontrada

Tentei alterar algumas xorgconfigurações ou alguns ajustes no módulo i915, mas sem sucesso

Qualquer ajuda seria apreciada

Após remover todos os kernels instalados manualmente, instalar o kernel 4.9 do jessie-backports e remover o xserver-xorg-video-inteldriver, o comando:

Para Kaby Lake (e qualquer gráfico Intel desde Broadwell), você precisa instalar um novo kernel e firmware de backports Jessie; como raiz:

echo deb http://http.debian.net/debian jessie-backports main contrib non-free > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/jessie-backports.list
apt-get update
apt-get -t jessie-backports install linux-image-amd64 firmware-misc-nonfree

Você também precisaremover(paradoxalmente) o driver de vídeo X.org Intel (conforme indicado nodescrição do pacote: o servidor X pode usar os recursos de configuração de modo do kernel sem um driver de vídeo separado):

apt-get remove xserver-xorg-video-intel

Quando você executar isso, se apt-getdisser que irá remover outros pacotes, não deixe isso acontecer; talvez seja necessário instalar xserver-xorg-video-dummypara satisfazer as dependências.

Você também deve remover os kernels instalados manualmente.

Depois de fazer tudo isso, reinicie e você verá que seu sistema está funcionando muito melhor.

Se isso falhar, você pode tentar instalar o driver Intel backportado (junto com o novo kernel e firmware):

apt-get -t jessie-backports install xserver-xorg-video-intel

Problema gráfico do Debian Buster Intel:

    1) Display cannot wake up after sleeping

A solução:

Instale o seguinte pacote:

xserver-xorg-video-intel

Crie o seguinte arquivo de configuração do xorg:

Crie o diretório abaixo:

Baixe do repositório debian o pacote não gratuito abaixo:

Descompacte o pacote e encontre o firmware ausente:

dpkg -x firmware-misc-nonfree_20190114-2_all.deb .
