Eu instalei o Ubuntu 12.04. no meu Dell Inspirion Mini 1018. Depois de fazer uma das atualizações regulares, meu wifi parou de funcionar e me deu uma mensagem Wireless is disabled by hardware switch.
Como posso habilitá-lo? Tentei abrir conexões de rede, mas encontrei:Wireless Unavailable. Hardware Address 1C:65:9D:68:9E:6B
Então tentei o teste do sistema, ele me deu uma mensagem:

Não tenho certeza, mas acho que isso não tem nada a ver com o Ubuntu: você precisa pressionar alguma tecla do teclado para ativar o cartão (por exemplo, teclas Fn+ )F12
