localhost/mediawiki-1.30.0/ no navegador retorna run(); no Firefox e conteúdo do arquivo no Chromium

Question

Após atualizar do Ubuntu 17.10 para 18.04 meu Wiki parou de funcionar.

Meu sistema se parece com:

Isso já aconteceu antes e recebi uma resposta que resolveu o problema. No entanto, não consigo mais encontrar a resposta, por isso devo fazer a pergunta novamente.

Acho que a resposta foi um item de configuração, mas qual? Configuração do apache2, php7.2 ou mediawiki?

Habilitando PHP para Apache2

sudo a2enmod php

e reiniciando o Apache2

systemctl restart apache2

resolveu o problema.
