(Examinei as perguntas aparentemente semelhantes que posso encontrar e descobri que não são duplicadas.

Mensagem de erro:

As seguintes operações foram tentadas e nenhuma delas funcionou.

  1. apt-get update
  2. siga o download monoinstruçõespara Ubuntu 18.04:
    1. sudo apt install gnupg ca-certificates
    2. sudo apt-key adv --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 --recv-keys 3FA7E0328081BFF6A14DA29AA6A19B38D3D831EF
    3. `eco "debhttps://download.mono-project.com/repo/ubuntustable-bionic principal" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/mono-official-stable.list
    4. atualizar índice
  3. instale novamente com fix-missing.

EIDT: Posso buscar diretamente o pacote timeout deb do URL, mas durante a instalação, ele disse:
