Acho que vi uma técnica em algum lugar que permite fazer isso a partir de uma linha de comando (vamos esquecer o Outlook Web por um segundo, certo?), mas não tenho 100% de certeza... É viável?

Você pode tentar fazer isso com o net user
comando -. Experimente isto:
net user USERNAME PASSWORD /domain YOURDOMAINNAME
ou
net user USERNAME * /domain YOURDOMAINNAME
para obter uma solicitação da nova senha.
