Tarefa agendada não funciona no Windows 8

Question

Eu tenho esse lote que faz uma tarefa agendada chamando um script do PowerShell e não consigo executá-lo no Windows 8. Funciona perfeitamente no Windows 7, mas quando eu uso no Windows 8 ele fica travado. Meu problema é que a tarefa não inicia, mas é criada e agendada. Quando inicio o script do PowerShell sem agendamento, ele funciona perfeitamente.

Basicamente, estou ligando para um PS1 que muda o papel de parede a cada x minutos. Alguém resolveu um problema como este?
