
Gente, estou completamente sem noção. Tenho uma máquina com as configurações acima. Por alguma razão estranha, em momentos aleatórios, ele se recusa a inicializar, os ventiladores giram, mas parece que não há energia suficiente para chegar à postagem (este é o efeito percebido, não posso provar, pois por enquanto não encontrei nenhuma alteração nas medições de tensão na fonte) . Como minha fonte de alimentação tinha 5 anos, troquei-a por uma nova de 750Watts (reais), mas em momentos aleatórios a máquina não liga. Isso acontece mesmo quando a máquina está fria (ou seja, não é usada há dias), mas não parece acontecer se eu inicializei pela última vez no Windows ou no Linux.
Um técnico sugeriu que eu substituísse meu cabo HDMI da GPU para o monitor por um DVI. Sinceramente, não vejo nenhuma correlação na troca em relação à eficiência de inicialização. Remover o GPU também pareceu não fazer diferença. O que notei depois de trocar a unidade de potência é que sempre tenho a máquina ligada, às vezes não chego na etapa do poste mas fico com os ventiladores girando.

Eu tentaria remover todos os componentes que não são absolutamente necessários. Desconecte coisas como placas PCI, unidades de DVD, etc. e veja se o problema persiste. Caso contrário, você pode tentar adicioná-los lentamente de volta à mistura.
Eles fazem “cartões postais” para situações como esta. Não o meio de troca de cartas... mas uma placa PCI ou PCI-E com indicadores LED com um código de dois dígitos que indicará o problema. Você pode procurar esse código e ele deverá informar em qual estágio da máquina não está inicializando.

Estendendo a ajuda de depuração muito clara do @ Super1337 para uma ajuda ainda mais exata:
- Desconectetudoo que puder e verifique se está tudo bem.
- Caso contrário, sua placa-mãe está irreparavelmente danificada.
- Se sim, conecte todos um por um novamente, para ver em qual dispositivo o problema será novamente.
- Se isso não for suficiente para determinar qual dispositivo pode causar isso, o problema é novamente com a placa-mãe (vá para 2).
Um problema comum dos circuitos impressos dos computadores atuais, quepoderdeve passar muitas vezes nas próprias películas de cobre entre suas camadas. Para um chip simples pode ser bom, mas por exemplo, em slots USB logo se torna problemático. É por isso que tantos dispositivos USB também possuem um plugue para alimentação externa, e é por isso que tantos elementos de hardware precisam de um cabo de alimentação vindo diretamente da fonte de alimentação.
Infelizmente, os problemas de energia causam principalmente os piores problemas depuráveis e mais místicos de hardware. No seu caso, a causa provável do problema é que o seu hardware tenta obter uma quantidade anormal de energia na inicialização, o que às vezes pode fluir através da fina camada de cobre da sua placa-mãe, e às vezes não, depende de casos de risco pseudoaleatórios.
Ps, às vezes, atualizações de BIOS com erros também podem causar problemas semelhantes. Sugiro uma atualização do BIOS e uma troca para uma nova bateria da placa-mãe.

Ok pessoal, fiz como sugerido e depois de muitas lutas descobri um dos meus dissipadores na mobo.
. Ao aplicar pressão manual, a máquina inicializaria. Acabei substituindo a mobo e o processador, então a máquina agora está bem.
