Estou enfrentando um problema sério aqui. O YouTube está carregando sem nenhum arquivo CSS em nenhum navegador do meu laptop. Está completamente confuso, pois não consigo carregar nenhum vídeo, limpei o cache, reinstalei o Chrome, verifiquei o arquivo host, mas sem sorte. Eu inspecionei a página e peguei estes
