Importação de tabela Cals no indesign

Eu tenho uma tabela CALS que preciso importar no documento do InDesign. Colei o mesmo abaixo:

Ao importar a tabela CALS no indesign, também preciso manter o formato da tabela CALS no indesign. Não consigo colocar a captura de tela do palete de estrutura do indesign.

Meu arquivo XML contém os dados acima. Este é o código para importar o arquivo XML para o documento do InDesign...

Isso está funcionando corretamente...
