Antecedentes: O cliente deseja uma solução VPN (aparentemente simples) para conectar seu escritório principal (local A) ao seu escritório satélite (local B) (na mesma cidade)
Nunca tentei OpenVPN. Adquiriu 2 roteadores ASUS RT-N66 para ambos os sites, atualizou o Tomato 1.28 da Shibby VPN em cada um. Ambos têm suas respectivas WANs passadas.
o site A tem 1 desktop (escritório) Windows 8.1 - Rede 10.1.10.0 - Máscara 255.255.255.0 o site B tem 1 desktop (satélite) Windows 7 Pro - Rede 192.168.2.0 - Máscara 255.255.255.0 tudo o que é necessário é que o desktop-a seja conectar-se ao desktop-b e desktop-b para conectar-se ao desktop-a (o que entendo como cliente para cliente)
Ambos os sites possuem endereços IP dinâmicos. Configurei o DDNS através do dyn.com e essa parte parece estar funcionando/atualizando para ambos os sites. O tempo é definido em cada roteador
O que eu fiz: instalei o OpenVPN 2.3.10 em ambos os PCs com chaves geradas pelo utilitário easy-rsa, ou seja, init-config, vars, clean-all e as compilações (ca, client, server e dh) em/via ambos os PCs
É aqui que seguir vários guias estragou minha lógica e espero que uma explicação possa me levar de volta na direção certa ...

Em cada roteador tomate: eu tenho (em VPN Tunneling:Server-Basic), iniciado com WAN, Interface TUN, Protocolo UDP, Porta 1194, Firewall Automático, Autorização TLS, Extra HMAC desabilitado, sub-rede VPN 10.8.0.0 e máscara 255.255.255.0
Site A (em Tunelamento VPN: Servidor Avançado) Verifiquei Cliente para Cliente e coloquei os detalhes: cn = satélite, 192.168.2.0, 255.255.255.0, push = verificado Site B (em Tunelamento VPN: Servidor Avançado) I verifique Cliente para Cliente e insira os detalhes: cn=office, 10.1.10.0, 255.255.255.0, push=checked
Site A (em VPN Tunneling:Server-Keys) coloquei ca.crt, server.crt, server.key e dh1024.pem que gerei no Site A desktop (escritório) Site B (em VPN Tunneling:Server-Keys) I coloquei o ca.crt, server.crt, server.key e dh1024.pem que gerei no desktop do Site B (satélite)
Site A (em VPN Tunneling:Client-Basic) Iniciado com WAN, Interface TUN, Protocolo UDP, Servidor/Endereço Porta XXsatellite.dynalias.com 1194, Firewall Auto, Auth TLS, Extra HMAC desabilitado, Criar NAT desmarcado

Site A(em VPN Tunneling:Client-Keys) abri, copiei, colei as chaves dos respectivos campos com o bloco de notas para cliente satélite Site B(em VPN Tunneling:Client-Keys) abri, copiei, colei as chaves dos respectivos campos com bloco de notas para cliente de escritório
Agora, para o OpenVPNGUI.exe em execução em cada cliente (escritório e satélite), usei o arquivo client.ovpn de amostra e configurei: ca.crt, office(or satélite).crt, office(or satélite).key caminhos para o mesma pasta, ou seja, config defini o caminho remoto do cliente (escritório) do Site A como XXsatellite.dynalias.com defini o caminho remoto do cliente (satélite) do Site B como XXoffice.dynalias.com tentei manter as outras configurações como padrão ( simplista) quanto pude, com base no que pesquisei/li depois de lutar e dirigir para frente e para trás, defini regras de entrada/saída do Firewall do Windows para permitir UDP 1194 e, em seguida, encaminhamento de porta em cada roteador para: Em UDP 1194 em, 1194 out, to (IP privado estático do escritório e PC desktop satélite respectivo a cada roteador)
Não está funcionando, temo ter errado algumas coisas fundamentais. Aqui estão algumas perguntas que tenho e não consigo entender:
Tenho as chaves do cliente misturadas em cada roteador Tomato? Preciso mesmo configurá-los lá (na opção VPN Tunneling do roteador Tomato)? Caso contrário, de que outra forma o roteador A (servidor openvpn) sabe se conectar ao roteador B (outro servidor openvpn)?
O controle remoto está errado em cada arquivo client.ovpn? Faz sentido para mim que o site A remoto seja o site B e vice-versa
O server.ovpn (e as chaves do servidor) precisam estar na pasta de configuração (com client.ovpn)? Ou não importa se/desde que as chaves sejam colocadas no Tomato Web Gui?
O TAP/TUN é importante ao usar DDNS? procurando confiabilidade e não segurança?
Pode haver mais coisas que estou faltando, estou fazendo tudo isso de memória, pois pedi para configurar o login remoto nos dois PCs (redes) em questão e foi proibido. Acredito na ética, por isso estou respeitando a vontade deles, mas preciso muito de ajuda e, há mais de 3 dias, estou ficando desesperado. Dei uma olhada nos blogs e fóruns da comunidade OpenVPN
ATUALIZAÇÃO - Usei este guia:http://blog.qnology.com/2013/02/tutorial-30-minutos-ou-menos-site-to.html Fiz SSH no roteador, usei comandos baseados em Linux para gerar chaves, coloquei as chaves do servidor no pendrive no roteador do servidor (Site A), copiei o conteúdo do roteador do cliente (Site B) em outro pendrive e levei comigo para o site B. Nota - O serviço VPN do site A foi iniciado e parecia bom, embora não estivesse se conectando ao B porque ainda não estava configurado.
Cheguei ao Site B, colei o conteúdo em VPN Tunneling -> Client -> Keys, iniciei e depois de alguns momentos o roteador travou (ou assim pensei). Perda de conectividade com a Internet em máquinas conectadas via Ethernet e sem fio. Conectividade perdida com o roteador via Web GUI, Putty e WinSCP.
Reiniciei o roteador no site B via Power Switch e ainda não responde. Retirei a WAN Ethernet do roteador e depois de um momento consegui me conectar ao roteador novamente. Limpei a NVRAM (completamente) e comecei de novo.
A mesma coisa aconteceu. Ouvi falar do problema de NVRAM de 32 KB com o roteador ASUS RT-N66U, mas atualizei o firmware original para 64 KB antes do Tomatoing. Puxado WAN novamente, o roteador tornou-se responsivo.
Eu entrei no SSH e fiz um show top e nvram. A carga estava boa, tinha mais da metade da NVRAM disponível (e sim, estava mostrando uma soma próxima a 64). Conectei a WAN e apertei a seta para cima e Enter para continuar monitorando as estatísticas antes que tudo congelasse.
Eu pensei 'talvez sejam as chaves', 'talvez elas estejam corrompidas ou haja algum problema de retorno de carro de alimentação de linha' (e não tenho 100% de certeza de que não haja), mas quando editei as chaves e removi partes, a VPN o serviço simplesmente não iniciava e o roteador e a Internet nunca quebravam.
Então, mudei as chaves de serem coladas na seção Chaves do WebGUI VPN Tunneling ->Client ->Keys para o JFFS (ativado e formatado primeiro) via SCP e, em seguida, coloquei esses certificados e caminhos de chave no VPN Tunneling ->Client ->Advanced ->Personalizado. Mesmo comportamento. Olhei os arquivos de log, copiei e trouxe comigo para casa:

Vejo que o endereço DDNS não está sendo resolvido XXproductionXXcom
Vejo o esquema de endereçamento IP privado do site de produção do escritório 10.1.10.0 por trás deste 192.168.2.0, o que indica que uma conexão está sendo feita.
Mais tarde, vejo a WAN inativa. É quando as coisas travam?
A menos que seja algo que fiz de errado na configuração, aqui está mais uma coisa que pode estar contribuindo:
O cliente Site B tem DSL e não é bom. Fiz um teste de velocidade e obtive cerca de 2,5 Mbps de download e entre 0,25 e 0,70 Mbps de aumento. Será que a Internet é tão ruim que a VPN está usando cada pedaço de largura de banda/taxa de transferência e se autodestruindo? Em caso afirmativo, existe uma maneira de restringi-lo ou reduzi-lo para que continue a funcionar de forma constante, embora lenta?
