Estou escrevendo esta pergunta como superusuário depois de muitas pesquisas na internet, o problema é que instalei o Windows Server 2008 r2 e instalei com sucesso o AD e o IIS. devido a alguns problemas, tentei remover o iis, mas obtive um erro fatal durante o processo de desinstalação.

Então tente remover manualmente, mas depoisserviço de ativação de processos do Windowsprocesso travando. Se eu tentar remotamente esse recurso, recebo muitos erros como abaixo:
