Baixei a Atualização de Aniversário ( Windows10Upgrade28084.exe), mas ela apresenta uma caixa de diálogo vazia apenas com um botão Sair.
Talvez o problema seja que isso KB3176938está sempre na fase "instalar e reiniciar necessário", então não consigo instalar outras coisas? Apenas adivinhando...

A instalação manual do KB3176938 de um gabinete baixado manualmente também não foi bem-sucedida. Eu estava pensando em iniciar a instalação no modo de segurança, mas o erro realmente ocorre no final do procedimento de instalação, o computador reiniciou e voltou a quase 100% de progresso. Sinto que estou numa situação de 22 capturas. Primeiro, gostaria de impedir que o Windows Update force esta atualização.

Olhando para trás, talvez em algum momento eu tenha feito (ou o sistema oferecido?) A atualização de aniversário? Talvez não seja uma boa ideia para um Insider Win10.

A última maneira de reparar um Windows é chamadaInstalação de reparo/atualização local.
Baixe a ISO 1607, monte o ISO clicando duas vezes no ISO. Agora navegue até a unidade de DVD virtual, execute setup.exee selecione para manter todos os aplicativos/configurações
Isso repara o Windows e deve corrigir o problema.
