Estou tentando excluir a partição em uma unidade flash USB (a tentativa de formatá-la usando o Windows 10 não teve êxito). Usando, diskpartobtenho a seguinte saída:

Eu fiz isso e funcionou para mim:
Primeiro selecione o disco adequado. Próximo digitedisk clear readonly
Em seguida, execute o comando clean.
