Ubuntu 16.04 Rclone v1.36
Falha ao sincronizar dois diretórios localmente. Executando como root, posso escrever nos diretórios.

PS: Alguém com mais de 1.500 representantes poderia criar uma tag para rclone?

Isso funcionou bem quando usei meu diretório inicial em ~ em vez de tmp.
Perguntando ao canal Rclone recebi esta resposta:
talvez você tenha algumas opções de montagem restritivas em /tmp ?
O que eu acho que não tenho. De qualquer forma, não funcionou para mim em temperatura.
