Preciso instalar e usar o SQL Server 2017 Express Edition.
Baixei neste link:Microsoft® SQL Server® 2017 Expressoe instalei a versão básica em C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server.
Posso executá-lo e ter acesso http://localhost, mas devo usar o http://127.0.0.1. E quando eu usohttp://127.0.0.1. Eu vejo o seguinte:
Bad Request - Invalid Hostname
HTTP Error 400. The request hostname is invalid.
Tentei editar meu hosts. Entrei C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc, abri hostse descomentei a seguinte linha:127.0.0.1 localhost

Mas não tem efeito. Eu tenho acesso a localhost, mas não estou ativado 127.0.0.1. O pedido ruim.
Eu tentei reiniciar.
