lxrun /atualizar
A maneira correta era redefinir e atualizar.

Você deve remover completamente o subsistema Linux e reinstalá-lo.
Desinstale completamente o Ubuntu\bash do Windows com lxrun.exe /uninstall full.

Faça uma limpeza do sistema na unidade C, para remover os arquivos temporários restantes.
