Incrementar números sequenciais em 4 células diferentes após a impressão

Criei um recibo tamanho carta 1/4 e copiei 4 vezes em uma única planilha (para economizar papéis) e quero que seja impresso continuamente de 001 a 100. Cada recibo deve ter um número de série exclusivo 001.002...100..

Como posso colocar números sequenciais em 4 células diferentes, digamos A1, C1, E1 e G1 são minhas células com números 001.002.003.004 e aumentar cada número após cada impressão?

Também preciso poder especificar o número inicial.
