Depois de muita pesquisa e teste de outras respostas encontradas no SuperUser e online, não consigo resolver:
- Todos os dispositivos que estou conectando ao meu roteador estão conectando/funcionando normalmente, exceto um PC.
- Esses dispositivos incluem 3 telefones Android, 1 MacBook, 1 PC Laptop e dois tablets Android. Tudo funcionando sem nenhum problema.
- O PC que não conecta nem toca no roteador e me irrita muito não conseguir resolver.
- Eu tentei com a redefinição do Winsock, atualizações de driver, tentei com um dongle wifi, sem dados.

- Então, tudo parece estar bem, mas o sistema parece perder o roteador de vista, mesmo que o sinal seja super forte (RSSI: 255) e se recusa a continuar a conexão.
O que funciona
- Todos os outros dispositivos funcionam perfeitamente normais e não há razão para suspeitar que o roteador esteja com algum problema. Ao mesmo tempo, o laptop se conecta a qualquer outra rede sem problemas.
Parece haver algum ódio particular entre esses dois. O problema não está relacionado ao sistema, pois estou executando inicialização dupla com Win 7 e Win 10 e a situação é idêntica.

Ao examinar seus logs, parece que seu RSSI é -68 (o que é bom). Parece também que você está usando WEP como mecanismo de segurança. Alguns drivers sem fio mais recentes não suportam mais WEP conforme exigido pela Wi-Fi Alliance. Por favor, mude sua segurança para WPA2-PSK e veja se o seu laptop está associado ao ponto de acesso (ou em suas palavras, ao roteador). Deixe-me saber como foi.

Você está recebendo telas azuis, mesmo que ocasionalmente? Eu tive o mesmo problema, o roteador não conectava, telas azuis ocasionais. Um dia tive uma falha no HDD. Tirar o HDD do sistema eliminou as telas azuis, meu roteador conectou e o PC inicializou e desligou muito mais rápido. Apenas um pensamento.
Você pode querer executar o diagnóstico do HDD. Um testador básico de informações de unidade inteligente está disponível gratuitamente na Western Digital. Aqui está o link. Você precisa clicar em software para Windows e, em seguida, clicar em Data Lifeguard Diagnostic para Windows. Eu sei que existem programas mais avançados para isso, mas não sei onde eles estão. Após 2 dias de pesquisa, examinando os registros, desisti e liguei para o suporte técnico. Ele apenas habilitou endereços de hardware aleatórios nas configurações de WiFi do Windows e funcionou
