Então, recentemente nos mudamos para a casa da nossa avó enquanto nossa casa estava à venda. Mas agora não consigo jogar por 5 minutos sem que meu PS4 seja desconectado da PSN. Pedimos a um técnico que passasse todos os fios novos do poste até a casa e depois da caixa da casa até o modem. Também compramos um modem novo só para ver se esse era um dos motivos {Arris SurfBoard SB6183} mas ainda estamos tendo problemas. E o problema é apenas um pico de ping em uma fração de segundo que faz com que tudo se desconecte. O pessoal do suporte continua dizendo que está do nosso lado e que pode ser nosso roteador [Netgear Nighthawk AC1900], mas conectei o modem diretamente em nossos PS4s, Xbox One e PC. Todos apresentando o mesmo problema.Este é o teste que fiz há pouco.
A única coisa que descobri ser capaz de mostrar algum tipo de pico além de apenas dizer que houve um foi que executei um teste de ping no CMD para os servidores do Google enquanto estava jogando e quando fui expulso do jogo e PSN dizia TTL expirado em trânsito. Qualquer ajuda será apreciada porque tentei tudo o que pude imaginar pessoalmente. Obrigado!
