O virtual-box 5.0 funciona sem problemas de dependências!

Minha primeira parada seria fazer com que o apt-get procurasse por quaisquer dependências não atendidas e corrigi-las usando sudo apt-get -f install.
Há muito mais informaçõesaquisobre o que pode causar isso e possíveis soluções. Dizem no link que a -f installopção é a mais simples e a melhor para experimentar, depois entram em mais detalhes.
