Experimente remover oPIDquemysqlestá correndo. Você pode encontrar oPIDquemysqlestá sendo executado usandoNetstatisso está lá no painel de controle.
Se você estiver executando o xampp no Windows, será necessário abrir o prompt de comando emhumor da administraçãopara executar o seguinte comando para remover oPID.
taskkill /PID {PID number}
Caso contrário, se você estiver executando no Linux,
kill -{SIGNAL} {PID number}
ex: matar -9 3827
