Comprei recentemente uma câmera PhotonFocus e quero usá-la comUbuntu 18.04. Eu tenho vistoaquiisso para isso eu precisoSDK do eBUS6.x. No entanto, a partiraquiSó consigo baixar a versão 5.1.5. Que opções eu tenho?

Estou me deparando com isso também. O Pleora não forneceu suporte ao kernel na versão 5 posterior 4.14. Você está preso pagando pela versão 6 ou tentando corrigir o módulo do kernel sozinho. Tenho tentado corrigir o módulo do kernel, mas são muitas mudanças e ainda não obtive sucesso.

Provavelmente é um problema de versão do kernel. Eu tive o mesmo problema com o SDK do barramento e o Ubuntu 16.04. A solução foi baixar o kernel 4.1.0 de https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/
Baixe os seguintes arquivos:
linux-headers-xxxxxx-generic-xxxxxx_amd64.deb
linux-headers-xxxxxx_all.deb
linux-image-xxxxxx-generic-xxxxxx_amd64.deb
Antes de instalar o outro kernel, obtenha module-init-tools: sudo apt install -y module-init-tools
Em seguida, navegue até a pasta com os arquivos do kernel baixados e instale-os (se não funcionar, basta alterar a ordem em que são instalados):
sudo dpkg -i linux-headers-xxxxxx_all.deb
sudo dpkg -i linux-image-xxxxxx-generic-xxxxxx_amd64.deb
sudo dpkg -i linux-headers-xxxxxx-generic-xxxxxx_amd64.deb
Para inicializar no novo kernel, pressione shift durante a inicialização para entrar no GRUB. Escolha o novo kernel em um submenu e continue a inicialização.
Agora tente instalar novamente o eBUS SDK
