Recebo o seguinte erro ao instalar turtle, o que devo fazer?

$ sudo pip install turtle --proxy http://10.144.1.10:8080

Estou usando o Fedora 31 e a versão pip:

$ pip --version
pip 19.1.1 from /usr/lib/python3.7/site-packages/pip (python 3.7)

Alguma outra biblioteca python pode ser instalada com sucesso, como:

$ sudo pip install scipy --proxy http://10.144.1.10:8080

Aliás, o Turtle parece não estar instalado no meu python...

Resumo:

turtle graphicsfaz parte da biblioteca padrão python3, não há necessidade de instalá-la. Se import turtleaparecer um erro como "Nenhum módulo nomeado...", isso poderia ser resolvido, por exemplo no Fedora,sudo dnf install python3-tkinter

Gráficos de tartarugajá está incluído na biblioteca padrão do Python.

Instale também opython3-tkinterpacote dos repositórios padrão do Fedora. python3-tkinter é um módulo para escrever aplicativos GUI portáteis com Python 3.x usando Tk. Em seguida, tente executar este código Python para desenhar um círculo.

O pacote com o qual você tentou instalar sudo pip install turtleé um pacote de proxy HTTP. Não é o pacote certo para gráficos Turtle.
