Problemas de instalação do Vue.js no Debian 9

Estou tentando instalar o Vue.js no meu sistema operacional Debian 9 e estou recebendo esta mensagem de erro: Instrução ilegal] - rollbackFailedOptional: verbo npm-session 1fd93108cdc88b2

quando eu faço esse comando: npm instalar vue

A versão do npm é 6.13.7

Eu tive problemas comsudo apt-get atualização, o que causa o seguinte erro:

Pesquisei no StackExchange e na web por esse erro e tentei as soluções associadas (sem sucesso)

mude o diretório para /etc/apt/sources.list.dremover Ondrej e Barckets PPA, remova também phpa versão e os barckets (os pacotes pertencem ao Ubuntu Bionic e Focal).

Para instalar o Barckets baixe o arquivo debdaqui:

sudo apt install gdebi
wget https://github.com/adobe/brackets/releases/download/release-1.14.1/Brackets.Release.1.14.1.64-bit.deb
sudo gdebi Brackets.Release.1.14.1.64-bit.deb

Para adicionar o repositório ondrej, use:

sudo apt install apt-transport-https lsb-release ca-certificates curl
sudo wget -O /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/php.gpg https://packages.sury.org/php/apt.gpg
printf "deb https://packages.sury.org/php/ $(lsb_release -sc) main" |sudo tee  /etc/apt/sources.list.d/php.list
sudo apt update

vuee vue-cliinstale:

npm install -g npm
npm install -g vue
npm install -g @vue/cli
