Esta é minha primeira postagem, então por favor me diga se tenho algo para corrigir em relação a onde estou postando, o formato ou qualquer outra coisa
Resumindo, minha placa wifi, uma Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2200, conforme descrito em lshw -class netowkr, parou de funcionar e sinceramente não sei como consertar. Forneci os resultados de vários comandos que podem ajudar na solução desse problema, portanto, informe-me se houver alguma outra informação necessária.
Isso está em um Thinkpad x230 e pressionar Fn + F5 para alternar o wifi não funcionou. Vi mencionar que ativar o modo avião no Fedora é um bug comum que pode resultar na interrupção dos recursos wifi.
Coisas que tentei:
- sudo rfkill unblock all
-rebooting
-upgrading do kernel 5.5.6 para 5.5.7 e 5.5.8. O problema está presente em todas as versões do kernel
- sudo rmmod iwldvm, seguido por sudo modprobe iwldvm. Depois disso, rfkill mostra que não está bloqueado, mas qualquer tentativa de ativar o wifi falha
-Usando a GUI para ativar o wifi
-Desativando o wlan no BIOS e, em seguida, reativando
-Ativando todas as configurações relacionadas ao wireless no BIOS. O funcionamento do Wifi não parece estar vinculado se o bluetooth e o wwan estiverem ativados
- seguidoesse link, instalei o driver relacionado e executei cp iwlwifi-2000-6.ucode /lib/firmwareconforme descrito no README anexado ao driver
