Não sei como consertar isso, então qualquer ajuda seria muito apreciada.

Como você parece estar executando o Debian 10, a solução mais simples para isso é remover os repositórios Jessie:
sed -i.bak /jessie/d /etc/apt/sources.list{,.d/*.list}
Esses repositórios não estão mais sendo atualizados e há poucos motivos para usar qualquer pacote deles.
