Estou com inicialização dupla UEFI do Win 10 com Manjaro usando Grub2. Aqui estão meus bootloaders:

A propósito, o que há com todos esses caracteres extras no final da Boot0004* Windows Boot Managerentrada? As duas Windows Boot Managerentradas são geradas automaticamente, não fui eu que as criei. Eu só fiz o Grub Menuusing efibootmgr.
Quando deixo o laptop inicializar sozinho, recebo o menu Grub perfeitamente, acho que porque este gerenciador de inicialização está carregado porque aponta para o Grub:

No entanto, se eu pressionar F12 para entrar no BIOS e selecionar o mesmo bootloader "Boot0001* Grub Menu" a partir daí, o menu Grub não será exibido. Quando o tempo limite expira, o último sistema operacional que selecionei no menu Grub é carregado.
É como se os gráficos não funcionassem no Grub quando eu seleciono um carregador de inicialização \EFI\manjaro\grubx64.efi manualmente na tela do menu de seleção do carregador de inicialização UEFI BIOS. Posso ver uma linha de pensamento na parte superior da tela com texto ilegível... mas nenhum menu Grub. Isso é uma limitação do firmware do meu BIOS, talvez? EUtentei recriara entrada do bootloader "Boot0001* Grub Menu" como "Boot0001* Windows Boot Manager", mas obtenho o mesmo resultado.
Também tentei várias coisas no arquivo de configuração do Grub, como os gráficos fx (atualmente definidos como automático), mas isso também não fez nenhuma diferença.

Como posso fazer o menu Grub aparecer quando seleciono Boot0001* Grub MenuOR Boot0001* Windows Boot Managerno menu do bootloader UEFI BIOS?
