Estou procurando um arquivo de estilo ou outras macros para criar um esboço em Plain TeX, do estilo recuado tradicional, por exemplo.

Eu adoraria escrever um (algum dia), se ninguém tiver feito isso ainda e se alguém estiver interessado em colaborar.

Como eu não estava realmente satisfeito com nenhuma macro do Plain TeX que encontrei, e as macros vintage de 1991 foram retiradas ou movidas (link rot), acabei escrevendo as minhas próprias, que seguem. Estes não são para LaTeX. O resultado é assim:
