Estou tentando ter uma tabela grande (quebrar as páginas) com notas de rodapé e uma coluna com largura ajustável. O MWE é o seguinte.

O problema é que \caption{}dentro do longtabu dentro do ThreePartTable não produz hiperlink correto no LOT. Então eu sou uma solução alternativa usando \captionof{}. Mas isso não é bom porque não há um salto de consistência entre a legenda e a primeira linha da tabela. Gostaria de usar \caption{}, alguém sabe uma solução?

A solução abaixo funciona. Eu defini um contador fictício e usei \refstepcounter{dummy}o que corrige misteriosamente o sistema de referência.
Porém gostaria de ter uma solução mais elegante: ligar \setdummytoda vez que usar longtabu e não precisar ajustar manualmente os espaços com \vspace{-\baselineskip}.
