Remova metadados do pdf gerado pelo LaTeX

Não tenho certeza de quão relevante é minha pergunta para este fórum, mas irei em frente e perguntarei de qualquer maneira :). Eu uso LaTeX para criar pdf que, como esperado, indica "TeX" como fonte. Preciso fazer upload deste PDF online, mas quero evitar o upload de arquivos LaTeX originais. Removi os metadados do pdf usando AdobePro, opção "PDF Optimizer". Mas de alguma forma o site ainda detecta o pdf como um arquivo gerado pelo TeX. Alguém sabe como deixar o pdf completamente limpo?

Você pode fazer tudo isso com hyperrefpackage. Adicione estas linhas ao seu preâmbulo e altere o conteúdo como em pdfproducer={},:
