Enrole figuras flutuantes e hebraico

Question

Estou tentando criar um wrap-float, mas mesmo que não haja nada no texto, não funcionará. Estou usando LyX 2.0.5.1. Este é o meu MWE:

Então, mesmo sem nenhum texto, diz
